Monday Captains (4-6.5yrs) Fulham 16:15-17:15

By the time your child is ready for Captains, they will have mastered the key concepts introduced to them in Troopers.

These sessions are designed so that each child is challenged at an individual level. The classes remain themed, but your child's physical and mental stamina is pushed further, and they are introduced to concepts such as endurance and competition.

The pace of this class is faster and your child is treated in a more mature manner. They are expected to take responsibility for their own actions and are encouraged to adhere to the rules which mirror their schools promoting good manners and respect to others.

We encourage all children in our Captains classes to notice the impact of how they feel during and after physical activity. Ensuring children are aware of the benefit of exercise from a young age is a central tenet of TARKA, and something we hope will continue to benefit them throughout their lives.
